The property has covered parking, incredible views of the Montgo Mountain, Cabo de San Antonio and the entire coast of Jávea.

The garden is natural and is very well maintained and at the entrance of the house we have a naya.

Upon entering the property through the main entrance we find the first room of the house, which is double and has an en-suite bathroom.

When leaving it to go to the middle floor, next to the stairs we have the laundry area.

Once we reach the middle floor, we find a room that can be used as a living room because of the views it offers, a fully equipped kitchen, the main double bedroom and another room with two beds along with 2 more bathrooms.

Finally, going up to the upper floor, we have a living room-office, with independent bathroom and a chill-out terrace. Well behaved pet allowed.
